Coca de Llanda

Ingredients:


In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, eggs, milk, oil, lemon zest and a little cinnamon.

Mix well.

Add the lemonade sachets and mix again.

Put baking paper in a baking pan and pour the dough, sprinkle with cinnamon and then with sugar.

Bake in the oven at 160 °C for 50 minutes.
